Role
The Head of Sales for the European region is responsible for managing and growing Ignite Prism’s global accounts overseas. As the Head of Sales, your primary responsibility will be to make our accounts grow and to make our customers thrive through daily engagement with Ignite Prism’s applications and support team.

Core competencies
  • Development of long-term relationships with Retail, Hospitality and Large Venue executives
  • An approach to customer management that focuses on quality and execution
  • In-depth knowledge of the Ignite Prism platform as well as alternative solutions in order to be positioned as a Business Intelligence subject matter expert
Duties
  • Play an integral role in new and existing business development
  • Ensure seamless client on-boarding
  • Up-sell and manage add-on services and analyses
  • Define and own business plans for key accounts
  • Act as the main interface between key accounts, the Ignite Prism team, and third parties
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Retail Sales
  • An aggressive yet tactful, positive attitude
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to translate data to operational value for customers
  • Experience managing global accounts, or working in a senior role in Retail, Hospitality or Large Venues
  • Self-motivation and self-management
  • Excellent written and presentation skills (use of PowerPoint and/or Keynote)
  • B2B sales experience
Salary
We offer a base salary starting at €70K with the addition of a commission structure.
